DELIVERY: Each item is packaged with care, and in most cases, dispatched within 1-3 business days. If you live in the UK this means you should receive your order within 1 week (it’s usually much quicker than this!) Please let us know if you’re in a hurry and we’ll do our best to help. If there is any delay with your order, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days.
REFUNDS/RETURNS: We have worked hard to ensure your product arrives safely and as expected, but sometimes things happen that we cannot control. In the event that you wish to make a return, please contact the shop via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please note: personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.
Customers will be responsible for any return postage costs (unless goods are faulty). Please make sure you use a recorded delivery service at the time of posting just in case anything happens on its journey back to us.
It is requested that items are returned as you received them (unworn/unused) along with their original packaging and any dispatch notes included (where applicable).
If you receive faulty goods: please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return postage (which we will cover) and a refund.
